Gage Park adds laundromat, shared kitchen user

Two new businesses opened in May: Lavenderia Blanca, a laundromat, and Dalia Dominguez Roman, a shared kitchen user. That matched the prior month's count. Building permits dropped from six (worth $3.5 million) to zero. Service requests fell from 482 to zero. Crime incidents went from nine to zero. Food inspection failures dropped from one to none. The across-the-board zeroes suggest either a reporting hiccup or an exceptionally uneventful stretch.
