Gage Park pulled eight permits in February, all through the express program, but their combined value fell to $91,467 from $280,100 the month before. Residents filed 383 graffiti removal requests—more than a third of the month's 1,034 service calls. Abandoned vehicle complaints came in second at 158. Violent crime dropped 29% to 37 incidents, while overall crime edged down 4% to 165. Two food establishments failed inspections, same as January.
