Gage Park permit value triples to $312k
Permit spending more than tripled in May, climbing from $103k to $312k, while the number of permits jumped from 6 to 15. Nearly all were express permits—quick-turnaround work that doesn't tell us much about scale. Crime rose 34%, with 216 incidents reported versus 161 the month before. Violent offenses climbed from 65 to 84. Graffiti removal led 311 requests with 357 calls, more than twice any other category. No new businesses opened or closed.
