Service requests hit 748 in March, up from 452 the month before. Potholes led the way with 88 complaints, followed by 62 tree debris cleanups and 57 tree emergencies. Thirty-nine streetlight outages also got reported. Permits ticked up to 14 from 12, but total value dropped 58% to $258k. Five new businesses opened, down from 12 in February; they included a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins and Bust Outs. Crime fell to 20 incidents from 29.
