Englewood pulled 33 permits in September, up from 26 the month before, but the real shift was in value: nearly $1 million, more than double August's $417k. Seventeen of those permits came through the express program, with another nine for renovation work. No new business licenses showed up in the data, and the neighborhood logged a demolition permit.
