Edgewater permit value jumps to $8.2 million
Edgewater pulled 29 permits in December, down from 44 the month before, but total value surged to $8.2 million—more than quadruple November's $1.9 million. Express permits led the count at 13, followed by nine renovation or alteration jobs. Four elevator permits also came through. No new businesses or closures showed up in the data.
