Edgewater permit value jumps to $31.2 million
Edgewater's permit value shot up 1,541% in April, hitting $31.2 million compared to $1.9 million the month before. The neighborhood pulled 57 permits total, up from 36. Most of that work came through the express permit program—35 permits—with another 12 for renovations or alterations. Three new construction permits also came through.
