Edgewater permit value jumps to $5.1 million
Edgewater logged $5.1 million in permit value in May, up from $347k the month before. The 48 permits issued included 37 through the express program, four for elevator equipment, and three for renovations. Two new construction permits also came through. No new businesses opened or closed during the month.
