Dunning permit value drops 62% despite steady count
Dunning pulled 27 permits in March, almost unchanged from February, but total value fell from $1.5 million to $566k. Twenty-two of those permits came through the city's express program. On the streets, 311 calls climbed 11%—street lights out (132 complaints) and tree trim requests (124) led the pile. Crime reports jumped 28%, from 88 to 113, with violent offenses up from 18 to 21. No new business licenses or closures showed up. Potholes drew 95 complaints, a typical March figure for Dunning.
