Dunning permit value jumps to $2.5M despite fewer permits
Dunning issued just 18 permits in November—down 45% from October—but their combined value hit $2.5 million, nearly quadrupling the prior month's $662k. Fifteen of those permits came through the city's express program. No new businesses opened or closed. Service requests dropped 26% to 831, led by streetlight outages (105) and rodent complaints (96). Crime fell by a quarter overall, though violent incidents ticked up slightly from 30 to 32.
