Dunning permit count jumps 73% on half-million total
Dunning logged 26 permits in May, up from 15 the month before. Most were express permits (17), followed by six renovation jobs. Despite the uptick in activity, total permit value dropped sharply to about $508k from $4.5 million in April. No new businesses opened and no service requests were filed.
