Clearing permit value hits $3M on big project
Clearing logged $3 million in permit value in March, up from $188k the month before—a 1,505% jump likely driven by one or two large projects. The neighborhood issued 14 permits, 11 through the express program. Fifteen new businesses opened, including three separate BP licenses (tobacco, filling station, retail food), RNB Truck Center for motor vehicle work, and Eyebrows Threading and Spa 2.
