Clearing residents filed 81 requests to clear snow dibs in December, easily the most common 311 category. Abandoned vehicle complaints (40) and rat complaints (39) rounded out the top three. The neighborhood saw 468 service requests total, up 17% from November. Eleven permits came through, all via the express program, for a combined $100k—down 60% in value from the month prior. Crime ticked up slightly (80 reports vs. 75), though violent offenses dropped 19%. One food establishment failed inspection.
