Chatham permit value jumps to $4M despite fewer filings
Chatham's 25 permits in April carried a total value of $4 million, up 470% from March's $706k, even as permit volume dropped by 38%. Eighteen of those permits came through the express program, with five renovation or alteration projects making up most of the rest. No new business licenses were issued and no businesses closed during the month.
