Burnside permit value jumps to $1.3 million
Five permits pulled in April totaled $1.29 million, up from about $59,000 the month before. All five came through the express program. Service requests climbed 36% to 135, led by tree removal inspections and streetlight complaints (13 each). Crime reports more than doubled to 34, though violent offenses ticked up only slightly from six to seven. No new businesses or closures on record.
