Burnside 311 requests jump 41%, led by garbage carts
Burnside residents filed 99 service requests in March, up from 70 the month before. Garbage cart maintenance topped the list with nine calls, followed by eight pothole complaints and seven tree emergencies. The neighborhood pulled four building permits worth roughly $59k, down slightly from February's $61k. Three were quick express permits. Violent crime dropped from 10 incidents to six.
