Bridgeport permit value drops 37% in December
Bridgeport pulled 22 permits in December, down from 24 the month before, but the total value fell harder—$2.3 million compared to $3.7 million in November. Most of the work came through the express permit program (14 permits), with another six for renovations. The neighborhood also saw one demo and one new construction permit.
