Beverly permit value jumps to $1.4M despite fewer projects
Beverly saw 25 permits in October, down from 35 the month before, but their total value climbed 76% to $1.4 million. Most of the work came through the express permit program—21 of the 25—which handles smaller jobs. Four renovation or alteration permits rounded out the month. No new businesses opened, none closed, and the rest of the ledger stayed at zero.
