Avondale permit value drops 39% to $1.3M
Avondale pulled 25 permits in November, down from 31 the month before. More striking: total value fell 39% to $1.29 million. Fourteen of those permits came through the city's express program, which handles smaller jobs. Seven were for renovations or alterations. The data doesn't show what October's big-ticket work was, but whatever it was didn't repeat.
