Avondale permit value jumps to $7.2 million
Avondale logged 56 permits in May, up from seven the month before, with a total value of $7.2 million—nearly twelve times April's figure. Twenty of those permits came through the express program, 19 were for signs, and 13 covered renovations or alterations. Three new construction permits also hit the books. No new business licenses were issued, and no businesses closed.
