Austin December permits fall to 50, $10M
Austin logged 50 building permits in December, half November's 99, with total value sliding from $17M to $10M. More than half came through the city's express program for smaller jobs. Ten permits covered renovations, six were for signs, and three went to new construction. No new business licenses surfaced.
