Austin permit value jumps to $10.2M on 47 permits
Austin pulled 47 permits in February, down from 75 the month before, but total value nearly tripled to $10.2 million. More than half the permits came through the express program. Eleven permits covered renovations or alterations, three handled demolition, and one was for new construction. No new business licenses appeared in the city's records this month.
