Auburn Gresham's building permits hit $1.04 million in March, up 150% from February's $417k. The neighborhood issued 37 permits, with 27 coming through the express program. Seven went to renovation or alteration projects, and three covered elevator equipment. No new business licenses or closures showed up this month.
