Permit activity fell sharply in March: six jobs worth $157k, down from 13 jobs and $1.4 million the month before. Four of the six were express permits. The neighborhood logged 345 service requests, up 26% from February. Graffiti removal led with 78 calls, followed by 56 reports of broken street lights. Violent crime rose from 24 incidents to 35. No businesses opened or closed.
