Service requests dropped 49% in September, from 475 to 242. Graffiti removal topped the list with 68 calls, followed by rodent baiting and garbage cart repairs at 14 each. Permits rose to 15 from 9, though their combined value fell 36% to $494k. Eleven came through the express program. Violent crime edged up slightly to 44 incidents from 39. No new business licenses or closures turned up.
