Armour Square permits triple, push value past $1.2M
Permits jumped from 7 to 23 in July, lifting total value 55% to nearly $1.22 million. Thirteen of those were express permits, with another four for renovations. Nobody opened or closed a business. Graffiti removal requests led 311 calls at 107, followed by 33 rat complaints. Crime dropped 29%, with violent incidents down from 47 to 33. Food inspection failures fell from 16 to 6.
