Archer Heights recorded just $6,500 in permit value this January, down from $1.4 million the month before. The four permits issued were all through the Express Permit Program. Violent crime dropped 45%, falling from 29 incidents to 16. Residents filed 645 service requests, up 11%, with graffiti removal topping the list at 157 calls. Tree trim requests came in second despite the category no longer being accepted.
