Most of the work was routine: 11 permits through the express program, nine for signs, and a couple of renovations. One demolition permit and one reinstatement rounded out the list. Express permits led the way with 14 filings, followed by eight renovation jobs. Residents filed 1,232 service requests, a 15% decline, though abandoned vehicle complaints still topped the list at 120. Crime dropped 12% to 259 incidents, with violent offenses edging down slightly to 74. Four restaurants failed inspections, half as many as October.
