West Pullman issued 17 permits in November valued at $627,488—down 84% from October's $3.8 million. Most permits (11 of 17) were quick express-program jobs. West Pullman pulled 25 permits in November, down from 39, but their combined value jumped 222% to just under $2 million. Fifteen of those were express permits—fast-track stuff for smaller jobs. New construction accounted for five. Service requests dropped 12% to 785, led by garbage cart repairs and tree trim requests. Crime fell 11% to 269 incidents, with violent offenses down 14% to 83.
