Crime spiked in West Lawn in March — 144 incidents, up from 100 the month before. Violent offenses climbed even faster, from 21 to 34. The neighborhood added 14 new businesses, including Churros Tapatios (a shared kitchen user), Carniceria La Hacienda No 2, and Save A Lot.
