Roseland permit value jumps to $4.5 million
Roseland's permit value shot up 270% in May, hitting $4.5 million against April's $1.2 million. Nearly all the work came through express permits—27 of the month's 35 total—with a few renovation and demo jobs filling out the rest. No new businesses opened or closed.
