Roseland permit value drops $726k in November
Roseland pulled 27 permits in November, down from 35 the month before, but the real slide was in dollar value — $402k versus $1.1 million in October. Two-thirds of that drop. Twenty-four permits came through the express program, two were demo jobs. Service requests fell 30%, led by 95 calls about garbage cart maintenance and 80 for streetlight outages. Crime dropped 16% overall (415 reports), violent offenses down 12% to 151. One food inspection failure, compared to six in October.
