Portage Park pulled 57 permits in July, nearly flat with June's 58, but their total value hit $3.5 million—up 80% from the month before. Portage Park pulled 46 permits in July, down from 51 the month before, but the dollar value fell harder—from $3.3M to $1.4M. Most of the work came through the express permit program, which accounted for 32 of the 46. Six renovation permits and three sign permits rounded out the bulk of activity.
