Morgan Park permit value jumps to $1.24 million
Morgan Park's 21 permits in March carried a total value of $1.24 million, up from roughly $303,000 the month before. Seventeen of those permits came through the city's express program, which handles smaller projects. The neighborhood also saw two renovation permits, one sign permit, and one elevator equipment permit. No new businesses opened or closed during the month.
