Logan Square pulled 76 permits in June worth $4.7 million, down from nearly $10 million the month before. Most of that paper—46 permits—came through the express program, which covers smaller jobs. Seventeen renovation or alteration permits accounted for much of the rest. No new business licenses were issued during the month.

Logan Square pulled 72 permits in June, worth about $9.1 million—up 16% from May's $7.8 million. Express permits dominated, accounting for 42 of the total, followed by 11 each for signs and renovations. Four demolition permits also went through. No new business licenses or closures showed up in the data this month.
