Lake View pulled 106 permits in July, nearly flat with June's 104, but their combined value fell to $11.8 million from $14.8 million—down 20%. Express permits led with 65, followed by 15 renovation jobs. Residents filed 2,553 service requests, topped by 272 rodent baiting complaints and 239 graffiti removal calls. Crime dropped 10%, with violent incidents down 25%. Food inspection failures climbed 50%, from 16 to 24.
