Grand Boulevard's permit value shot up 338% in January, from $1.9M to $8.3M, though the number of permits slipped from 15 to 13. New businesses doubled to 16, including Glam Furniture Plus, Momentum Kinetix, and Reggio's Pizza Express II. The neighborhood logged 1,028 service requests, up 27%, with 409 for tree trimming—a category the city no longer accepts. Crime dropped 16% overall, with violent incidents down 29% (56 vs. 79).
