Grand Boulevard pulled 16 permits in June, down from 33 the month before. Total value came in at $1.09 million, a 69% drop from May's $3.5 million. The neighborhood logged 632 service requests, up 20%, with abandoned vehicle complaints leading at 50. Violent crime rose from 76 incidents to 92. Total crime dipped slightly to 288.
