Garfield Ridge pulled 33 permits worth just over $2 million in March, nearly triple February's $732k. Most were express permits — 24 of the 33 — suggesting smaller-scale work citywide. Service requests jumped 31%, with 292 tree-trim calls topping the list (though that category's no longer being accepted). Crime ticked up 28%, with violent incidents rising from 25 to 39.
