Permit value in Garfield Ridge jumped 222% in September, hitting $3.2 million versus roughly $980k the month before, even as the number of permits held nearly flat at 39. Most were express permits—33 of them—with five renovation jobs mixed in. Service requests dropped by a quarter, from 1,370 to just over 1,000.
