Most of that appears tied to a handful of renovation permits; fourteen came through the express program. No new businesses opened or closed. Service requests dropped 11% to 1,131, with graffiti removal topping the list at 259 calls. Crime ticked up slightly to 173 incidents, though violent offenses dipped from 51 to 49. One food establishment failed inspection, down from three in April.
