Forest Glen pulled 12 permits in March worth $1.14 million, up 20% by dollar value despite three fewer permits than February. Service requests hit 748 in March, up from 452 the month before. Potholes led the way with 88 complaints, followed by 62 tree debris cleanups and 57 tree emergencies. Thirty-nine streetlight outages also got reported. Permits ticked up to 14 from 12, but total value dropped 58% to $258k. Five new businesses opened, down from 12 in February; they included a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins and Bust Outs. Crime fell to 20 incidents from 29.
