Englewood logged $10.9 million in permitted work in January, up from $2.6 million the month before. The city issued 34 permits, 15 more than December. Permit value in Englewood fell to $938k in January, down nearly 40% from December's $1.5 million, even as the neighborhood added two businesses: Aldi Inc #92 and Hair A La Paix, a limited-license shop.
