Dunning permit value drops 62% despite steady count

Dunning's permit value shot up 468% to $7.4 million, driven largely by express permits—16 of the month's 26 total. Service requests climbed 59% to 1,350, with abandoned vehicle complaints leading at 158. New businesses included a Dunkin Donuts, Gosa Tea, and Chicagoland Thrift Store.
