Clearing permit value nearly doubles to $415k
Clearing pulled 18 permits in November, up from 15 in October, but the dollar figure almost doubled to $415,391. Most of that came through the express permit program, which accounted for a dozen of the permits. Service requests dropped 22 percent to 514, led by 116 rodent baiting calls. Violent crime fell 36 percent to 23 incidents, while overall crime dipped to 88 reports. No new businesses opened or closed.

Clearing logged 18 permits in November, up from 16 the month prior, but their total value dropped 23% to $252,116. Fifteen of those permits came through the express program, with two renovation jobs and one reinstatement rounding out the list. No new businesses opened, none closed, and 311 requests stayed flat at zero.
