Burnside residents filed 99 service requests in March, up from 70 the month before. Garbage cart maintenance topped the list with nine calls, followed by eight pothole complaints and seven tree emergencies. Permits totaled $7,400 across six sign jobs—down from February's $126,000. Service requests jumped 85 percent to 124, led by street light complaints (19), potholes (16), and garbage cart issues (15). Crime dropped 32 percent to 13 incidents; violent offenses fell from six to two.
