Avondale permit value drops 39% to $1.3M
Avondale pulled 25 permits in November, down from 31 the month before. More striking: total value fell 39% to $1.29 million. Permits dropped 53% to 15, though dollar value only slipped 14% to $1.04 million. Express permits led the way with 10 filings. Graffiti removal topped 311 complaints at 139, while overall service requests fell 17% to 833. Crime dropped 17% to 158 incidents, including 39 violent offenses.
