Ten of those were express permits, with another six renovation or alteration jobs. No new business licenses showed up. Service requests fell 23% to 306—street lights out led the list with 35 calls, followed by abandoned vehicles and garbage cart issues. Crime ticked up slightly: 93 incidents versus 82 in September, including 31 violent offenses.
